Something interesting happened when I was visiting Macau. In Macau, there are lots of people standing by the street offering free food samples.

My main objective to Macau was to visit the Ruins of St. Paul. As I was walking along the squares and streets, a lady by the street surprised me by calling out 苹果仔！

I tried to look around and true enough she was calling me! hahaha~

I wonder why she knows I like apple? ^___^

And I saw this in Ocean Park!

Being a 'Panda' cum 苹果仔， I fell in love with this keychain the moment I saw it.

From this trip, I also found out that real Panda loves to eat Apple =)

Upon KuChi Mao's request, we went to Singapore's Universal Studio over the weekend. It was my second visit to this studio. Word of advice, please prepare tonnes of energy for the day!

Had a morning date with dear Melda for a lovey-dovey breakfast! ^__^

Then, met Alicia & Jin Seok at the monorail station while Aquek and Kuchi Mao took bus in!

Cliche moment - photo taking with the rotating globe and head in into the USS! We then dashed to ROLLER COASTER rideS! Though I've been here before but these rides were not operating due to safety reason.

We were so excited as adrenaline filled our veins!

but when we reached there - below the tracks, fear rises too! =p

Well, we still proceed with the ride-blue track! Everyone was fully awake after the first ride! That's not all. Head next door to the red track.

On personal preference, blue track was better-more thrills!

Red was scary too as there are no shoulder guards and nothing for your hand to hold on during the ride!

The best part of the ride was not because of the thrill - but because of the fella sitting behind me!

He kept shouting 'mother fucker' during the ride.

It was hysterical.

I can't help it but to laugh instead of screaming! XD

Me and Melda was so hyper that we continue to dash to the ride! Indoor roller coaster - twice.

It was nice as there were no Q early in the morning. And USS was good enough to provide lockers for all these rides.

By this time, the sun was scorching already! We then continue our adventure to the Dinosaur Park...

Smartphones has become a 'need' in today's life. Walk down the street and observe. You'll see 99% of them using smart phones. Even aunties use smart phone in SG. OMG!!

And can you believe it that I survived here with just an old Sony Ericsson. Plain. Not slide nor flip.

Up till yesterday's incident, I truly felt that it's time for me to own one!!

Scene: Office/Training room

I saw my colleague's BB on the table. Out of curiosity, took it and try to crack the passcode. After 3 tries-Not successful. Then, on the 4th try, I pressed the wrong button, wanted to backspace. Automatically my finger started touching the screen to highlight the area! The screen was not as big as iPhone.

*I thought* maybe not so sensitive...

So I tried again and again, but just can't get the screen to highlight the area I wanted.

Then, there's a LOUD evil laugh from the BB's owner. This phone is not 'TOUCH SCREEN' lah!

~HAHAHAHAHA~

I don't know where to hide my face >.<

~Worse~

When I told another colleague, she had the same LAUGH (T.T)

and I think all BB owners in the world is doing so right now...hahahha~

So, Lesson of the day is : BlackBerry(~~onyx~~Bold) is NOT a touch screen phone!

I, myself had a nice experience today.

:: I was in an elevator (packed) heading to 5th floor. It stops at 4th floor. I turn to look around to see if anyone is getting off so I can make way for them. Obviously my head could not turn 360 degree. About 15 seconds later, a young girl (about 10 years old) shouted 'EXCUSE ME'!!!! It was loud and sharp! Then she dashed through me. She was on ear phone, probably stuck to one of her gadget (which she did not buy with her own money. Parent's). She walked off rudely.

:: Surprised and stunned by her 'kurang ajar' attitude. I don't even have time to react by the time she walked off. And the best thing is - behind her, was her mother and father. As they walked passed me, they apologized on her behalf. Sorry.

Personally, I think this is a great song.

Whenever I listen to it, I'll feel very touched. Sometimes even felt like crying.

To look back, I feel sorry. Day to day, I see the rising statistics of people leaving the country and little effort has been taken to make them stay. Sad to say, I am part of the statistic. I do not know when but I had stopped loving.... Everything is mutual, you can't expect one keep giving and the other one keep on taking. It will decrease with time and eventually come to halt. When I was little, I was very proud of who I am. All those muhibbah education we get from school and I felt special. I love the patriotic songs we learned in school. And I really mean it when I sang them.

Where is there love today? You did not love me or maybe not as much as I'd expected. I felt left out and was not given any opportunity nor second chance. Throughout my schooling life, I was on 'PaMa scholarship' up till my postgraduate studies I failed to obtain a proper scholarship which was very disappointing. I believe in faith though. I guess life was meant to be this way. I am glad and happy with how things worked out. Perhaps I should thank their decisions and arrangements.

Anyhow, I am still thankful to my country. Without you, I won't be who I am today. Somehow, You had nurtured me well over the past 2 decades. Though bahasa was not my favourite subject but I excelled it in my schooling days. Starting from Primary : all the penjodoh bilangan, kosa kata, peribahasa, karangan, cerpen, berita, perbahasan etc... and when I was in Secondary - what the hell was Komponen Sastera and had no idea why it was implemented into the syllabus though I enjoyed learning it. Up till today, we have rojak lingo in our everyday life... I'd never once imagined that being able to speak and write in bahasa would be an added advantage for me. Today, I am able to converse in at least 5 languages because of you. Keranamu Malaysia!

Turning 24

Time flies...

been weeks since I turned 24...

A glimpse and it's 24 years already...WoW!

but at least I had a wonderful and meaningful turnover this year.

Last year's bday was still vivid in my memories.

I was reaching mid 20's but had achieved nothing. Not even able to stand on my own feet. It was a sad and disappointing life!

I never imagined that the following year, my life would be a total different thing!

Changes for good! (that's for sure)

I embark my life on another path as I previously posted : 'The Road Not Taken'. I am glad that I found my way out. My very own way. Instead of waiting, I took a leap out, and it was WORTHWHILE!

Now that I am officially 24, I am proud to say :

I am graduate. First Class Bsc.
I have an amazing job in a wonderful country.
I still love my hometown (and only my hometown).
I have a perfect family, a lovely house and 2 dogs!
Last but not least, I love myself!

And with this, I should set my new list of resolutions!

Always look and move forward!
Instill optimistic thinking
Enrich myself
Maintain constant exercise for a healthier lifestyle
Provide a better living for my family (^.^)

It's been NaCl since our georgian time..

and she is one sweet buddy that I've ever had in my life.

Though we don't spend much time together (since SGGS) but I just love her. Being with her makes me feel real and I can just be myself. She's just the kind of person you can go to and share your thoughts anytime.

I call it 'all-weather' friend!

We meet up few times a year..especially during our birthdays~

Last year, CL got me a nice dinner + prezzie...

And guess what??!!

even though we can't meet this year (coz I'm in S'pore)

She still takes effort to send me a lovely CARD!!

Great day!

Though hectic.. schedule was extremely tight due to some unforeseen circumstances... I was one month behind schedule... bla bla bla...

Anyway, things went well and great.. not like what I've expected though. I was bombarded with lots of new things, new abbreviations, new terms and new systems.. all these are things that I've never encountered before.. loads to learn and way to go... somehow I like it!

They were anticipating me since last month.. all of them were nice people with great hospitality.. had a warm welcoming and am officially on board! I feel so loved!
Am happy... and I love my life!

I've gone thru hurdles to come to this point, thus I appreciate today more!

I'm sure most of you have heard about the 'Killer Dogs' in Penang. The owner surrendered them and currently kept at Balik Pulau's Vet. I paid them a visit this morning. And they looked good. Obviously you can tell they are good dogs. Both Li and Ning are black in colour. I was in time to meet the owner. He was there to clean and feed them. They were so obedient and you can tell Ning was crying to be with the owner.

They are to monitor the dogs for 10 days before any decision is made....but looking at the place we stand, I don't think they'll make it thru this incident.

Though I pity the man that died but I am a dog lover. This is two dogs' lives we are dealing with. Yes they are DOGS but still a living thing with soul and what more-Man's Best Friend!

No one is to blame because no one was there to witness the incident. May the man rest in peace and the dogs, if you guys can't make it thru this time, be a human next life~ Bless you!

Orlow my rabbit friends out there! To be more precise Fire Rabbits (1987). Rabbits are keen, wise, fragile, tranquil, serene, considerate, fashionable and kind. Generally quite calm, do not exhibit aggressive behaviour and will avoid confrontation at all costs. *true???*

I'm not really sure myself too but this one I agree : They are intelligent and quick and can talk themselves in or out of most situations with no problem. *personally, I do a lot of 'inner' thinking and talking*

This source also says that R-A-B-B-I-T is a symbol for mercy, elegance and worship of beauty. Kind and loving person. They give others an impression of being frail-looking because of their gentle appearance, but in fact-they are strong minded and strong wills. they pursue their ideals all their lives in a precise and orderly way. It's been a long time since I wrote a proper post for my blog...and it's the usual reason

---> 'been busy' & 'lazy'

Well, it's a new year now and this is gonna be my first post of the year!

Another decade is here.

Time really flies.

Looking back, lots of things happened.

I'm sure they happened for a reason and sure made me grow.

2010 was tough on me and am glad it's over for 2011 会是一个意义年！

My count down was unique though! Spent it with dad & mum and a bunch of friends!

We were on a domestic trip down to explore Sitiawan, Manjung and Teluk Intan (Perak)

This is our first stop @Trong or so called Pecah Batu Waterfall

After this, we met the rest of the people from Manjung and had a light lunch at Pantai Remis before visiting the Turtle Sanctuary. When we reach the place, it was their lunch time so we go to the beach first! To my surprise! it was soooo clean, you can no longer see this kinda beach in Penang. Weather was good!

Then, we went back to the turtle Sanctuary and met 2 travellers (on bike). Can you believe it, the took their bicycle all the way from England. Flew to China and cycled all the way here! Adventurous couple.. =)

Then, we settle down. H. Yung and H. Sing were so kind to offer us their new house. So we bought pineapple as gift for them and roll it into their house while shouting 'Huat arr' 哈哈~

Get yourself tangled up asap! It's Rapunzel... A fairy tale and another happily ever after. It's nice!! coz' I watched it already. I got the premiere tickets for FREE!!! who said there ain't free lunch??! haha.. this is just pure luck and yes thanks to nuffnang for giving me this 'free lunch'

It's my first time watching premiere and I did it in sg!! I won a pair of ticket for Rapunzel. It was at the Cathay Cineleisure @ Orchard. The cinema is huge and nice and comfy. The cinema alone occupies level 4,5 & 6

And because it was premiere, we were required to deposit our mobiles and electronic device before heading into the cinema... and yes they were extremely strict throughout the movie..

The movie was nice..nice story line, nice songs... watch it!!!...screening will start officially on 25th Nov..get your seats soon!

~Dota Dota~

I guess most of you are aware of this addictive game. I knew about dota's existence since secondary *I think*... My friends were so crazy over it. Back in college I car-pooled to college with Wei Han, and it's his routine to visit 'Ice' every friday! So, if I'm driving, I'll drop him there instead of home. Though I know the word DOTA but I never bother to learn or even get to know it.. coz' to me: It's complicated and for guys only!

Then, at Uni~ same thing was revolving.. all the guys were so crazy about it and most important of all was my Ben! His life was led by Dota =.=!! I was always making a big fuss because he spends more time with dota than me and I find it annoying that the hero keeps repeating the same phrase throughout the game. That was how much I dislike dota back then.

Yet, people are so crazy over it! even came to a point that Derick will bring his laptop in the middle of the night to Ben's house to play dota!!!

It wasn't until Year 3 which was my final year in AIMST that I first had hands-on on DOTA

I was very blur initially and couldn't find my hero and yes I'm the feeder! It's extremely complicated especially for people with no-brain-for-games like me (T.T)

Somehow, I kept playing till a point that I got addicted. Dota IS addictive..

[this maybe useful to all final year students!] It's the best way to kill stress! After hours of staring at the book (not facebook ya). 'One-hand' dota is the panacea!

Well, that's not all, dota embraces friendship and enlarges your social network! That's where I found great friends.

It took me a while to truly understand this game. I'm not as noob as before but still way to go!!

If you are tempted or slightly interested.. try playing for once~

Movie update: My Gf is a Gumiho (nine-tailed fox)
It's a korean drama featuring love story and comedy.
My dear friend, Lisa told me about it. She said it's nice and I should watch it. Coincidentally, my sis downloaded this series. Simply perfect! I finished the whole series in 3 days.. as usual, movie marathon. Watching drama is my #1 hobby (besides sleeping).

Here's a little synopsis~

Cha Dae Woong (Lee Seung Gi) accidentally helped a *fox* Gu Mi Ho/ Park Song Ju (Shin Min Ah) escape from a portrait where she was locked in 500 years ago. During the escape, Dae Woong got hurt and Mi Ho gave him her fox bead to save his life. In order to protect her fox bead, she had to stay close to him, threatening him to buy her meat especially beef. Dae Woong tried to get rid of her because he had a crush on Eun Hye In (Park Soo Jin).

Mi Ho loved him and was trying so hard to become a human for him. She even risked her life to it. She got all these help from a *friend* Park Dong Ju (No Min Woo). Dong Ju on the other hand, had his own hidden agenda but he soon found out that Mi Ho was created by Grandmother Samshin from the spirit of a fire-goblin who was someone he loved but killed long ago.

Mi Ho was so persistent in loving Dae Woong and without realizing, Dae Woong loved her back. He was confused to have fell in love with a fox. Love is blind after all. They had an agreement. To date for 100 days. Mi Ho will become human after this date line but what she didn't know was in order to become human, Dae Woong has to die....did he die? watch it.....

It's been a long time since I got sick.. now SICK is officially back, as I'm officially SICK. Have a feeling, it's gonna worsen. NOooooo~ Friday is PH and weekend is coming... I don't want to waste it sleeping at home or maybe lie dead on bed...

Bout' 2 days ago, my sinus started the attack, then last night it turned to terrible flu and started coughing.. signs of deadly sickness...OMG...

At this time around, I think I need another dose of vaccine. Come to think of it, it was really effective. I took my first flu vaccine bout' a year back and didn't really fell sick during the duration.

I was worried that my condition will worsen, so last night, I drugged myself with Panadol FluMax & cough syrup...

I did have a good night sleep...but as soon as I'm awake, my nose's mucus started flowing again.. little cough though.. cough is only serious at night time.. I'm also having sexy voice now =)

*sigh* I guess I'll need a second dose of drugs and stay in bed for the rest of the day today. Hopefully everything will be alright soon...

Sinusitis is the inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, which may due to infection, allergies or autoimmune diseases. It can be acute or chronic with time differences. And are classified by the inflamed locations:

Maxillary sinusitis - can cause pain or pressure in the maxillary (cheek) area (e.g., toothache, headache)]

Frontal sinusitis - can cause pain or pressure in the frontal sinus cavity (located behind/above eyes), headache

Ethmoid sinusitis - can cause pain or pressure pain between/behind the eyes and headaches

Sphenoid sinusitis - can cause pain or pressure behind the eyes, but often refers to the vertex, or top of the head

I've seen many people suffering from Sinusitis, it is in fact more common than we think it is as I'm also one of them. I have this since I was little, since my memory could capture. It is bad and suffering when sinus attacks. You just can't breath and have mucus overflowing throughout your nasal cavity, sometimes you feel like your entire head and brain is covered in mucus.

Things worsen at dusk and dawn. So, it's easy to tell that someone suffering from sinusitis has awoken because their nose will tell you so. (true life experience ^.^).

I'm writing this because recently my sinus has attack again. Just ought to share some remedies that I hope could be of some help. I guess it's because my change of environment (rural--> urban) and the haze caused by Indonesia! Hate it when they screw mother nature....

Lifestyle & Home Remedies

Get plenty of rest. This will help your body fight infection and speed recovery

Drink plenty of fluids, such as water or juice. This will help dilute mucous secretions and promote drainage. Avoid beverages that contain caffeine or alcohol, as they can be dehydrating. Drinking alcohol can also worsen the swelling of the lining of the sinuses and nose.

Steam your sinus cavities. Drape a towel over your head as you breathe in the steam from a bowl of hot water. Keep the steam directed toward your face. Or take a hot shower, breathing in the warm, moist air. This will help ease pain and help mucus drain.

Apply warm compresses to your face. Place warm, damp towels around your nose, cheeks and eyes to ease facial pain.

Rinse out your nasal passages. Use a specially designed squeeze bottle (Sinus Rinse, others), bulb syringe or neti pot to rinse your nasal passages. This home remedy, called nasal lavage, can help clear your sinuses.

Sleep with your head elevated. This will help your sinuses drain, reducing congestion.

Ahh~ still remember the good times in SGGS. I think it was back in F4.. my english teacher told us to write daily journal. I guess that's somehow addictive coz I love writing down everyday life since then.

Well, it's raining heavily down south today. The haze problem in SG is really bad. Has been going on for a few days but I didn't really realise it coz' I was at home most of the time. Only walked out for dinner at night, but I was out as in out of Tampines last night. Met onee's friend for dinner at Vivo. Were supposed to dine at Marche but they changed plan last minute..zzzzz...
Nvm, coz we had dinner at Food Republic and finally I get to eat my fav. Prawn Mee and TuTu.. These are only the few food I enjoy in SG..else???.yUcKs~
Anyway, Marche looks nice and delicious, will be back with Ben next time around...

Oh, another thunder/lightning just strike.. kinda scary!! but somehow I think it's good to rain, at least wash away the haze. It was really bad! really really really bad. Coz' last nite after dinner, we went to the Henderson Bridge. We walked quite far (due to wrong direction given) and climbed quite high to reach the bridge. Ahhh, as potray, the bridge is really very nice, very unique mia architecture. And it was really high when I say high.. had lotsa butterflies in me when I looked down. The mid was approximately 66M above sea-level. It would've been nicer without the haze. I can't imagine how much haze I breathe in yesterday...

OMG! the thunders and lightnings are getting more persistent.. it's really scary.. moreover there's suppose to be a funeral procession today.. I suppose funeral is always around this time....... ZZZZZzzzZZZzzz...STOP~

Let's not think bout' it..bathe and get out.. will be meeting onee for lunch today...

This is me! rotting ~~at home~~ in the room. There are so many things I wanna blog about but my lappy is dead, so for the mean time, I can't transfer any pics from my hp to blog them. So, lets blog about something 'wu liao'

I like A... it's a great thing to see in your result slip and makes me feel that I did pretty well..
I hate B coz' it irritates me. The figures itself irritates me. It's as round as O (well I'm not refering to OO =p). Though I like blue and Blue but I'm just not comfortable with -B- for B is always behind A, seconded all the time.
C! ~~I have no comment for C..~~ C is CL~ my all-time favourite buddy!!!
and here comes -D- I like donkeys coz' they are asses! I used to love eeyore, the donkey in Winnie the Pooh. I like Donkey in Shrek too.. as annoying as they can be.. but I don't the the single letter -D- too.. it's equally uncomfortable as -B-
E, the first vowel. Looks pleasing and often associated with Elephant.. I love Dumbo =)
F on the other hand looks like a spanar... very useful but since it's used for FAIL.. it's out of my sight.
G would be my favourite for now.. G-U-M-I-H-O...
H- a rather versatile letter= Hotel for the universal code

Time for movie update again~ about a month ago I was too mesmerized with China drama. 大丫环 & 锁清秋 . Both shows disappointed me so badly. The story lines were so interesting, actors and actresses also acted so well BUT both dramas' ending was a total failure!

So, I'm back to Taiwan drama. 泡沫之夏 It's not really a new drama. I downloaded it for some time already but I just had too many dramas to watch, so I kept it aside. Today, I finally had time for it.. Guess what! It was amazing, though I only finish watching 2 episodes. It's also a love story within 2 guys and a girl..how sad~ Watching 大S reminds me of myself back in schooling life. and 何潤東 's attitude... exactly! hah~ Not to forget the handsome looking 黄晓明. There are only 20 episodes. Based on feedback, it's a nice movie... Let's hope so.. gonna continue watching and it's gonna be real fast~ >.<

Aloha~ it's been a while since I blog.. I couldn't get myself into one piece but I just cannot ignore my blog forever. Sometimes I feel that it's too commercialized. I blog to keep people around me updated. Even though we don't see each other often but we'll still be in touch. That's my primary motive of blogging. Keep them updated, share my happiness and my thoughts. Somehow I have a feeling that this has become a portal for certain people to stalk on me *which is what I dislike*

An old friend of mine ~~lost his gf~~ let his gf go~ They have been together for many many many years and it's really heart breaking to seem them like this. Well, in this kind of situation, I'm sure you will know that the reason would be none other than third party. WHY? why on earth would people love to snatch away other people's loved ones. Breaking up people's relationship is the worst karma on earth.

Had dental appointment today for scaling.. the thing I hate the most! yet I went and made an appointment! Somehow I hate dental appointments.. They are always painful and torturing appointments. The last time I visited a dentist was for tooth extraction.. Stupid wisdom tooth that didn't grow properly... It was nothing but pain and agony with lots of money spent!

Back to my appointment - I had it done it BP's General Hospital coz' it was so cheap, easy and fast.. During the process, I was cursing myself ~ why lah so stupid? I can't wait to get it over with...

and the Doctor was NOT gentle at all~

HAH~ I manage to strive thru.. now it feels good... Suddenly I feel that my teeth are all so clean and healthy.. la la la la la~

and now I'm proud to Smile for the day..

SMILE for it costs you nothing but means alot!

Since I moved to BP, I rarely go back to Farlim/Air Itam for breakfast. You can really get good food there~ Oh, how I miss it.

After breakfast, Ben and I took a nice walk up to Kek Lok Si. Nothing special, just feel like wandering around.

Back on Track

Been neglecting my blog recently but rest assured, I'm back on track. Gonna be active from now on or at least for the coming month. I love blogging! but I just don't have enough time to do so sometimes.

Well, over the past few months I was kinda busy but busy with what, I'm not sure also. Conclusion = BUSY. Till around Raya when I really straighten up ~~everything~~ most of the things. =) I went to Jitra to celebrate Raya! Met my good ol' friends and Ben's gang.

We were suppose to meet up for 'lim teh' session but ended planning a trip to Alor Star. Too bad all our planned destinations were closed

Guess what? We drove all the way to Ipoh! A bunch of youngsters...ahhaaha.. The trip was really nice. So spontaneous yet successful. On our way back, we dropped by Taiping for the night Safari. Though this night Safari is nothing compared to the one in Spore but we had loads of fun. Show of the day was 'Tigers preying on a Monitor Lizard' (^.^)
